Kultur 666 covers extreme metal exclusively — black metal, death metal, thrash, doom, sludge, grind, and all subgenres that belong to the dark and heavy end of the spectrum. If your release fits that world, we want to hear it.

Submissions from bands, labels, and promotional agencies are all welcome. Reviews are typically published within 1–2 weeks of receiving the material.

What We Accept

All of the following promo formats are accepted:

  • Streaming / Bandcamp links — a private or public stream is perfect
  • Digital downloads — ZIP, MP3, or WAV sent via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or similar
  • Physical CDs — contact us first via the form below for the mailing address
  • Vinyl and tapes — same as above, reach out before shipping

Note: Submissions must be in English. Non-English press material will not be processed.

What to Include

To make sure your submission is reviewed and not passed over, include as much of the following as possible:

  • Band / artist bio — who you are, where you’re from, what you sound like
  • Press release — release date, label, tracklist, and any relevant background
  • High-resolution band photo — used if the review is published with visuals
  • Album artwork — full resolution preferred
  • Bandcamp or official website link
  • Social media links — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

The more context you give, the better the review. A bare-bones promo link with no bio or press release is less likely to be prioritized.

What We Do Not Cover

Anything outside of metal will not be reviewed. This includes metalcore with clean-chorus singing, nu-metal, pop-metal, and non-metal adjacent releases. If you are unsure whether your release fits, submit it anyway — the worst that can happen is a polite decline.
